Aim: The aim of this study is to find out whether there is a change in the compressive strength of nanohybrid composite resin after the application of glycerin immersed in fermented milk and citric acid. Materials and Methods: Nanohybrid composite resin (Filtek TM Z250XT 3M ESPE USA) disks will be prepared in a Disk mold (Thickness of 3mm&5mm diameter). In this research, 7 samples per group with a total of 4 groups so that 28 samples will be needed. The distribution of sample groups as follows:(N=7)Group 1: nanohybrid composite resin without glycerin application in Fermented Milk immersion, Group 2: nanohybrid composite resin with glycerin application in Fermented Milk immersion, Group 3: nanohybrid composite resin without glycerin application in Citric acid immersion, Group 4: nanohybrid composite resin with glycerin application in Citric Acid immersion. Followed by measuring the compressive strength using the Universal Testing Machine. Results: The Independent T-Test revealed significant different outcomes. The compressive strength of the group with glycerin application exceeded that of the group without glycerin application. Conversely, the group exposed to fermented milk beverages exhibited reduced compressive strength relative to the citric acid immersion group. Conclusion: The compressive strength of the nanohybrid composite resin changed after the application of glycerin immersed in fermented milk.
