As love is related to promoting mental well-being, this study examines how well the categorisation of various types of love fits the 7x4 field, a categorisation tool used in preventative mental health care. This study combines multiple previous studies on love that are also related to negative mental health, mental health disorders and aberrant behaviour. These were then compared against the 7x4 field's 28 boxes, which resulted innoticeable compatibilities. A research result on love was selected for each box. The results showed that categorisation of love fit the 7x4 field in a way that can provide clinical recommendations for preventative mental health care. According to this field, different forms of love can be used as bases for concrete procedures in preventative mental health care using the 7x4 field.
