The pyogenic granuloma is a common tumour like growth of the oral cavity. It occurs as a result of exuberant tissue response to local irritation and trauma. Its name being a misnomer, it is not a true granuloma. Gingiva, lips, tongue and buccal mucosa are the most frequent sits of occurrence. Occurrence of Pyogenic granuloma on the palate is rare. This case report describes a rare case of Palatal pyogenic granuloma in a diabetic patient and its management.
